RowColEventHandler Delegate

Represents the method that will handle the AfterEdit, AfterResizeColumn, AfterResizeRow, BeforeEdit, C1FlexGridBase.BeforePageBreak, BeforeResizeColumn, BeforeResizeRow, ShowScrollTip, CellButtonClick, C1FlexGridBase.ComboCloseUp, C1FlexGridBase.ComboDropDown, SetupEditor, and StartEdit events.
