Fires after a row is resized by dragging the row header.

Remarks
This event is fired after a row is resized by the user, by dragging the edge of the row header cell with the mouse (see the AllowResizing property). It is not fired when a row is resized by assigning a new value to the Row.Height property.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
