Using the C1DataGrid Web Part

With C1DataGrid, you can create grids based on SharePoint Lists or Business Connectivity Service (BCS) data in minutes. Users can scroll, group, sort, filter, and create hierarchical views smoothly, as well as add, update, and delete data.

To create a basic interactive DataGrid

  1. Add the C1DataGrid Web Part to the page. (See Adding a Web Part to a Page.)
  2. Open the On-Board Designer. (See Using the On-Board Designer.)
  3. Click the Data Source tab and choose a List. (See Choosing a Data Source.)

  4. Click the Save Web Part button.
